A working assistant on your documents.
Up to 300 pages from one product line, department or procedure set. Manuals, work instructions, spreadsheets and scanned PDFs.
Answers your people can check.
Each answer names the document and page behind it.
A specialist when the documents run out.
The assistant is tested to say when your documents do not support an answer. In the full build, it then passes the question to a named expert or a specialist queue on your team.
A test on your own questions.
We test the assistant on 50 real questions from your team and give you the results, question by question.
Thirty days of access.
Up to five named people use the pilot for thirty days after delivery.
A written next step.
A short report on what worked, which documents need attention, and what a full build would cover and cost.
How the ten days run
Day 1: Start.
We agree the document set, the five users and the 50 test questions.
Days 2 to 6: Build.
We prepare your documents, flag pages that cannot be read reliably, and build the assistant.
Days 7 to 9: Test.
We run the 50 questions, check every answer against its source, and correct what needs correcting.
Day 10: Handover.
A 45-minute session with your team, access for your five users, and the written report.
What we need from you
- The documents, shared through a secure method we agree at the start
- 50 questions your people ask in their daily work
- One person who can answer our questions about the documents, about two hours across the ten days
The pilot runs in our private, access-controlled environment. It does not connect to your systems, so it needs no IT integration.
Proof
The assistant this practice is based on turned 4,000+ technical documents inside a Fortune 500 manufacturer into answers engineers could use in seconds. It reached 97% accuracy across seven product lines and 100% on critical equipment, tested on about 2,000 real questions.
Your pilot is tested on your own questions, and you see every result.

After the pilot
If the pilot answers your questions well, the full build extends it to your department. That means more documents, your IT and security requirements, testing with your operators, and a handover your team owns. Builds start at $45,000 or €40,000, and your pilot fee is credited.
If you decide not to continue, you keep the test results and the report.
Questions
Can we use confidential documents?
Yes, under an NDA signed before you share anything. Please do not send documents through the contact form.
What if our documents are scattered or still on paper?
Most are. Scanned pages, tables and handwritten notes are common, and we flag what cannot be read reliably. If your documents need preparation before a pilot makes sense, we quote a remote Document Readiness review: five days, one department's documents, a register of what you have, a list of files that cannot be read, and a plan. $2,500 or €2,300, credited in full toward the pilot.
Our data is not clean enough for AI. Should we fix it first?
No. A searchable, source-linked assistant over the documents you have today beats a perfect archive you never finish. Pages that cannot be read reliably are flagged, and the pilot report shows you exactly where the gaps are.
What happens when we want to add another site or product line?
Each new site, product line, document set or language is quoted separately. The pilot and the build each have a written scope, so you always know what is included and what is a new step.
Who is the pilot for?
Manufacturers with 100 to 2,000 people whose teams spend hours finding answers in manuals, procedures and spreadsheets. The strongest fit is configure-to-order and engineer-to-order production such as instrumentation, valves, pumps, HVAC and custom machinery, where quotes are slow, rework is costly and senior engineers are approaching retirement.
Does the pilot replace our safety procedures?
No. The assistant helps people find approved information. Your safety procedures and required checks stay in place.
