When you email us or book a call, you provide contact details and any information you choose to include about your project. We use that information to respond, arrange the conversation, and discuss or deliver the work you request. Please do not send confidential plant documents, employee records, passwords, or sensitive personal information through a public inquiry or booking form.

Website email actions open your own email application. A message reaches us only when you send it. Calls are booked through Cal.com; its booking page provides its terms and privacy information.

Newsletter

The publication at blog.aitechmagic.com uses Ghost for subscription and publication features. A subscription asks for your email address and may ask for your name. Use the unsubscribe option in a newsletter or contact us to request help with a subscription.

Website services and local storage

The main website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and delivery services process technical request information to serve and protect the site. Some pages request fonts or software from third-party delivery services; those requests disclose technical connection information to the provider.

Dish Lab stores its learning notebook in your browser’s local storage so it can remain between visits. “Forget everything” clears the notebook; clearing this site’s browser data also removes it. The classroom simulation is not a place to enter personal or confidential information.

Retention, access, and requests

Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence, whether it becomes a client engagement, and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Email us to ask what information is held in relation to your inquiry, to correct it, or to request deletion. We may need to confirm your identity and explain any records that must be retained.
